We want to hear your stories!
In today's tech-driven world, understanding the impact of technology on our emotional landscapes during grief is vital. Whether through sharing tributes, participating in online memorials, or witnessing communal expressions of loss, your experiences are invaluable.
We are collecting people’s stories about loss and the role of social media posting to capture some of the complex ways we mourn in, through and on social media.
- Are you living in Australia and have experienced grief or loss in the past five years? (e.g. through the death of a person, pet, or a non-death related loss, i.e. relationship, home, climate anxiety, ecogrief, anticipatory grief, dementia grief)?
- Have you shared your stories and experiences with grief, loss and mourning online (e.g. via social media, whatsapp, blogs, online forums) or for some reason decided not to?
Then we invite you to participate in an online or phone interview. Your stories will help us understand grieving rituals more deeply and offer hope to others on similar journeys.
Further information can be found in the Participant Information and Consent Form.

We would love to hear from you!
